Nadia Montenegro Was Upset with Ogie Diaz

Ogie explained that the tension began when they were at the funeral of Mother Lily, where Nadia confronted him, saying she was upset over his interview with Baron Geisler. In the interview, Baron revealed that his child was being bullied at school, and Nadia felt Ogie didn’t understand the impact of that disclosure.
Ogie acknowledged the situation and offered an apology to Nadia for any offense caused. He mentioned that Nadia was already successful at the time and confronted him directly about the issue. However, Ogie pointed out that after the confrontation, Nadia started granting interviews about the matter, speaking with personalities like Julius Babao and Mikee Quintos.
“No’ng namatay noon si Mother Lily,” Ogie said. “Nando’n kami sa likod. Para lang sabihin niyang nagagalit siya sa akin, masama ang loob niya sa akin. Kasi daw hindi ko raw alam kung anong naidulot no’ng interview ko kay Baron [Geisler] tungkol sa anak niya, binu-bully sa school.” He added: “So ako naman, kung feeling mo na-offend kita, nag-sorry naman ako kay Nadia. Nag-sorry ako sa kaniya. Kasi siyempre, mataas na si Nadia noong kino-confront niya ako.”
