Ogie Diaz’s Source Says Neri Naig Reportedly Arrested
NERI NAIG – The wife of OPM icon Chito Miranda was reportedly arrested by authorities, according to the source of showbiz insider and talent manager Ogie Diaz.
Ogie disclosed on his online program that a source informed him about Neri’s alleged arrest on November 23 in Pasay City. The arrest was reportedly based on a violation of Republic Act 8799, Section 28, under the Securities Regulation Code. The source speculated that the issue might be related to Neri’s business ventures, as she is known for managing several enterprises. Ogie urged Neri or her representatives to address the rumors to clarify her situation and provide accurate details about the case.
Speculations intensified after Ogie mentioned that Neri was labeled a “top most wanted person,” though the exact details of the allegations remain unclear. He emphasized the importance of hearing Neri’s side to shed light on the situation.
“Na-shock din kami nung sabihing top most wanted person ang naturang aktres. Di pa malinaw kung anong eksakto ang dahilan at kung sino ang mga nagrereklamo. Kung totoo man ito ay mas magandang mapakinggan din ang panig ni Neri,” Ogie said.
Neri’s last activity on her social media account was on November 22, a day before the reported arrest. Her husband, Chito Miranda, has not yet issued any statement regarding the matter. As of now, no further updates have been released, and the truth behind the allegations and Neri’s current status remains uncertain.
