Motorcycle Rider in Iloilo Lost His Life After Hitting Metal Pipe on Sidecar Vehicle
A motorcycle rider in Tigbauan, Iloilo lost his life after colliding with a metal pipe extending from a kolong-kolong, a motorcycle with a sidecar.
