Palagi Sang by TJ Monterde, KZ Tandingan OST of Hello, Love, Again
TJ MONTERDE – The singer revealed that it is really a dream come true for him as his song, “Palagi”, became a movie official soundtrack (OST).
The release date of the much-awaited sequel of Hello, Love, Goodbye is fast-approaching and countless people can’t wait to see Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo back on the big screen. The comeback of KathDen in the big screen is through the movie Hello, Love, Again.
Hello, Love, Goodbye is a 2019 film that broke records. It was the highest-grossing movie in the Philippine film industry from 2019 to January 2024. Many were hooked by the love story of Ethan and Joy and are excited to see what happened next.
The sequel of Hello, Love, Goodbye is much-awaited by countless KathDen fans and supporters thus, many people are counting the days until the continuation of Ethan and Joy’s love story will be released. The trailer of Hello, Love, Again has already been released and it earned millions of views just hours after posting.
Joy, played by Kathryn, is a nursing graduate who worked as a domestic helper in Hong Kong and wanted to move to Canada. Ethan, played by Alden, is a Pinoy bartender who is just starting in his life in Hong Kong again after a huge breakup that left him in a miserable situation.
They fell in love but they also knew that she is in the pursuit to go to Canada. Ethan secretly hoped for Joy to change her mind but Hello, Love, Goodbye ended up with Ethan letting Joy go for her dreams.
The sequel of Hello, Love, Goodbye entitled Hello, Love, Again is set to be released in theaters this November. Several scenes of the movie were taken in Canada. The OST of the movie is the OPM song Palagi written and sang by TJ Monterde.
Palagi is undeniably one of the most popular Pinoy music in the Philippines now. It is originally written by TJ Monterde for his wife, singer KZ Tandingan, on the 10th anniversary of the day that they met. She was emotional with the surprise of her now-husband.
The OST of Hello, Love, Again featured the beautiful singing voices of TJ Monterde and KZ Tandingan. In a post on Facebook, TJ admitted that her song being an OST of a movie is a dream come true for him. According to him, he has been praying for it for a long time.
“Lord, pahingi naman po movie soundtrack. Gusto ko lang po talaga marinig song ko sa big screen uli,” referring to his prayer.
TJ Monterde also posted a short video showing his and KZ’s reaction as they watched the trailer of Hello, Love, Again. Here’s the video:
