Owner Parks Bike in Area Designated for Concrete Mixer Truck to Pour Cement
INSTANT STATUE – A cyclist parked his bike in the spot where the concrete mixer truck was scheduled to pour cement.
A certain Jeff Nicerio took to social media to share an unfortunate incident involving a cyclist’s bike. In a video he posted on Facebook, a bike was seen parked in an area where cement pouring was scheduled. The eatery is a popular spot for morning joggers and cyclists, making its parking lot a hub for various vehicles. Patrons often stop by for a quick bite or refreshing drink after their morning workouts, which can lead to a bustling environment.
Although the establishment is usually relaxed about parking, customers are expected to be considerate and avoid blocking access for others. When the concrete mixer truck arrived to pour the concrete, the bike’s owner was nowhere to be found. This left the busy staff overwhelmed with customers and unable to address the situation immediately. Onlookers began to notice the unfolding events and found humor in the mishap.
One person jokingly stated, “Naging rebulto bigla. Haha!” This light-hearted banter provided some comic relief amid the chaos but also raised questions about the responsibilities of individuals in shared spaces. Many expressed concern for the bike’s fate, with one remarking, “Hanggang sa makaalis tayo, hindi pa bumabalik yung may-ari. Kamusta naman kaya yung bike dun? Naging instant decoration tuloy.”
According to another comment, the cement mixer could not afford any delays, as the concrete needed to be poured quickly before it hardened. This incident underscores the importance of being considerate in shared spaces, as many felt the bike owner should have shown more respect for fellow patrons. “Magagawan naman ng paraan kung gusto nila. Mga ganyang klaseng tao, walang pakialam sa kapwa yan, di dapat tularan,” someone pointed out.
