JAZ – The main vocalist and youngest member of the P-Pop girl group G22, has recently been the target of alarming death threats from netizens. Cornerstone Entertainment issued a strong statement addressing the threats against Jaz, vowing to take legal action against those responsible. The agency reminded the public that such acts are punishable under the Anti-Cybercrime Law and expressed its commitment to investigating the malicious posts. They urged people to refrain from sharing threats, irresponsible statements, or defamatory comments, highlighting the legal consequences of these actions.

The identity of the individuals behind the threats remains unknown, adding to the distress of Jaz’s loved ones. Her mother, Pin, took to X (formerly Twitter) to appeal for her daughter’s protection. She shared screenshots of the death threats and expressed her sadness and frustration over the situation. In her post, Mommy Pin apologized to her daughter, saying she couldn’t fulfill a request Jaz had made regarding the situation but emphasized that the threats should not be tolerated.

Fellow G22 members also came forward to show support for Jaz. AJ, the leader of G22, posted on X, calling Jaz a “queen baddie” and a “ray of sunshine.” AJ expressed her determination to stand by her bandmate and protect her from the negative forces trying to bring her down. She firmly stated that threats and violence, even if intended as a joke, are never acceptable. Another bandmate, Alfea, also voiced her support, stating that no one, especially Jaz, deserves to receive such threats.

Despite the unsettling situation, Jaz reassured fans that she is doing fine. In a post on X, she expressed her gratitude for the support she’s received, saying her group has her back. She encouraged everyone to have a good day and shared a positive message despite the adversity she’s been facing.
