Rosmar Tan Clarifies Her P13M Daily Income and Property Portfolio
ROSMAR TAN – The successful businesswoman and social media personality addressed claims about her impressive earnings, stating that while she did make P13 million in a single day, it doesn’t happen every day.
Besides her skincare business, Rosmar has a large following on social media, with over 21 million followers on TikTok, more than a million subscribers on YouTube, and nearly 5 million followers on Facebook. Her popularity online has significantly helped her business grow.
In addition to her earnings, Rosmar has invested heavily in real estate, owning around 30 properties, including 10 resorts in popular locations like Laguna, Tagaytay, and Batangas. Despite being compared to real estate tycoon Manny Villar, Rosmar humbly denies any similarity. Her love for buying properties, which she jokingly says her husband teases her about by calling her the “Cynthia Villar” of their family, stems from her keen interest in land and houses that she finds for sale.
One of her most treasured properties is the R Mansion in Tagaytay, which she has no plans to sell as it represents all her dreams. Rosmar’s passion for luxury shopping has taken a backseat to her real estate investments, with her now preferring practical purchases over expensive items.
Regarding taxes, Rosmar confidently shares that she has always complied with the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) from the beginning, even paying a significant P30 million in taxes during the peak of her skincare business. She encourages other content creators to pay their taxes, highlighting that paying taxes helps the country and provides peace of mind.

Reflecting on a recent issue where she was declared persona non grata in Palawan after a dispute with a municipal employee, Rosmar expressed regret over her actions, attributing them to tiredness and stress from her outreach activities. Despite this, she remains dedicated to her charity work and continues to learn from her experiences.
