Megastar Sharon Cuneta Full Support to Kathryn Bernardo, Alden Richards
SHARON CUNETA – The Megastar revealed her side on the rumored romance between Kapuso actor Alden Richards and Kapamilya actress Kathryn Bernardo.
After several years of being somehow inactive in her showbiz career, the Megastar is back and is ready to do her comeback project with ABS-CBN. The news filled the hearts of the Sharonians with happiness and excitement.
During her recent interview on ABS-CBN on Cue, Megastar Sharon Cuneta who is close to both Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo was asked about the rumored couple. ABS-CBN entertainment reporter MJ Felipe asked the Megastar if she believes that there is something special between the Kapuso star and the Kapamilya star who are collectively called “KathDen”.
Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards first worked together in their hit film Hello, Love, Goodbye. It was the highest-grossing film in the Philippines until January 2024 when Rewind surpassed its record. The two (2) celebrities who played the characters of Joy and Ethan in HLG are now taping the sequel of the film.
The much-awaited sequel of Kathryn and Alden’s Hello, Love, Goobye is entitled Hello, Love, Again. is taped in Hong Kong and Canada. Its tentative release in Philippines cinemas is on November 2024.
Prior to the announcement of the Hello, Love, Goodbye sequel, Alden and Kathryn were spotted several times together in events. Fans of the two celebrities also noticed the closeness of the two. According to the Kapuso actor, he wants to keep what he has with the actress in private.
As for Sharon Cuneta who has worked with both Alden Richards and Kathryn Bernardo, she does not know if the rumored romance of the two celebrities is true but she will be very happy if it is. The Megastar has worked with both of them in different projects and she lauds the kindness of the two celebrities.
“Nakatrabaho ko na silang dalawa at parehong super mabait na mga tao… She’s so deserving of everything she has received. Her stardom, her status, because she’s one of the best people I’ve ever met. And then Alden, the same. The very same words. So, I cannot contain my excitement,” Sharon said.
Sharon Cuneta expressed her full support in case the rumored romance between Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards is true. During the interview, she even dared that she would have a tarpaulin printed if it is needed.
