Josh Mojica Reacts to Criticisms He Is Arrogant
JOSH MOJICA – The young entrepreneur reacted to criticisms that he is arrogant.
In the latest episode of showbiz insider Ogie Diaz’s vlog on Saturday, July 6, Josh clarified the perception often attached to his name and persona. Josh Mojica prefers to be seen as enthusiastic rather than arrogant.
He believes enthusiasm is a powerful trait that can influence people both positively and negatively. His clarity and eagerness in communication sometimes give the impression of arrogance, but he emphasizes that enthusiasm is crucial for leadership and beneficial for his business endeavors.
“Mama Ogs, alam mo actually, I don’t think na mayabang po ‘yong term. I want to call it enthusiasm. Parang sobrang powerful po kasi ng enthusiasm, e,” Josh said. “Either negative or positive enthusiasm ‘yan kaya po niyang maka-influence ng maraming tao. Parang ang nangyayari po dahil sa sobrang clear ko, sa sobrang eager kong magsalita, sobrang sure ako sa mga sinasabi ko, nagtutunog mayabang po,” he added.
He further explained: “I want to call it enthusiasm because enthusiasm is one of the most important traits, necessary for leadership. And nakakatulong po siya sa akin sa business ko.” He attributed his serious demeanor in many social media photos to this enthusiasm, which he believes helps counteract the disadvantage of being a young entrepreneur managing older employees.
Meanwhile, Josh Mojica is an entrepreneur known for creating Kangkong Chips, a snack product made from water spinach (kangkong). His venture into producing kangkong chips stemmed from a desire to offer a healthier and more affordable snacking alternative. Inspired by his aunt’s preparation of fried kangkong and recognizing its business potential, Josh started experimenting with the idea in 2021.
Kangkong Chips Original emphasizes using fresh, locally sourced ingredients without preservatives, artificial colors, or flavors. The success of Kangkong Chips has enabled Josh to establish a factory and create job opportunities within the community, supporting local farmers and promoting sustainable business practices.
