“We were a part po kasi of the same theater club sa school po namin, and plano ko po magconfess sa farewell party po namin before graduation, kaso di po siya pumunta,” he explained.

The Grade 12 student admired Kaye for her appreciative nature, which he had noticed when he was hospitalized for potassium deficiency.

“No’ng na-ospital po ako due to potassium deficiency, siya lang po yung one of the only people na nag-chat sa ‘kin na ‘get well soon.’ Since then po, lagi ko na po siyang naiisip as my motivation to do better,” he shared.

Currently, Eds and Kaye remain good friends despite his confession. He emphasized that no matter what happens, whether Kaye reciprocates his feelings or not, their relationship will stay the same.
