Bianca pointed out that the app shows they accept debit cards, suggesting the rider’s ignorance was because he was Visayan. After her post received backlash, she issued a clarification, repeating her point and making more rude comments about Visayans. In her final statement on the issue, she explained that she tried to pay with her BDO debit card, which the service accepts, but the driver refused it, saying it wasn’t allowed.
