Sophia Asistio Remains Silent on the Revelation by Her Parents
SOPHIA ASISTIO – The aspiring model gained widespread attention on social media when her mother, Nadia Montenegro, revealed that actor Baron Geisler was her father. The issue first became a topic of public interest in 2008 when veteran columnist Cristy Fermin announced the alleged connection between Nadia and Baron on national television. Initially, both Nadia and Baron denied these allegations.
However, this year, Baron admitted that he had a secret daughter, confirming suspicions about his relationship with Nadia. Nadia also confirmed Baron’s paternity, stating that she never kept it a secret from those close to her, including her husband, Boy Asistio Jr.

Nadia expressed pride in how she and her husband raised Sophia. “Pinalaki ko siya [nang] punong-puno ng pagmamahal, punong-puno ng respeto sa tatay niyang si Boy, sa nagbigay ng pangalan sa kanya, sa nagpaaral sa kanya, sa nagmahal sa kanya. Walang puwedeng magkwestiyon outside our circle,” Nadia stated, highlighting the strong family bonds and the supportive environment they provided for Sophia.
