Fake Jiro Manio is Applying for a Job with Rosmar Tan
OGIE DIAZ – The showbiz columnist has warned social media personality and entrepreneur Rosmar Tan Pamulaklakin not to believe the “Jiro Manio” who is sending her messages to apply for a job.
According to Ogie, the “Jiro Manio” asking Rosmar for help is fake. He mentioned that he, too, was once asked for help by someone pretending to be Jiro but did not fall for it. He personally asked the real Jiro about it, who said that he was not the one talking to Rosmar.
Meanwhile, Jiro Manio is a former actor who gained fame for his exceptional performances at a young age. He is best known for his role in the 2003 drama film Magnifico, for which he won multiple prestigious awards, including the Gawad Urian Award for Best Actor at age 12, making him the youngest recipient of this accolade. He also received the PMPC Star Award for Movie Actor of the Year, FAP Award for Best Actor, and FAMAS Award for Best Child Actor, achieving the Philippine movie grand slam.
Manio started his acting career as a child, earning recognition for his roles in Bagong Buwan (2001), Mila (2001), Foster Child (2007), and the popular film Ang Tanging Ina (2003) and its sequels. He was raised by his grandfather following the death of his Filipina mother, Joylene Santos Manio, and his Japanese father, Yusuke Katakura.
