Miel Pangilinan has a message for people criticizing her
MIEL PANGILINAN – The daughter of Sharon Cuneta and Kiko Pangilinan, has reacted to people who continue to criticize her appearance.
In a TikTok video, Miel showed her reaction, particularly to people who express regret over her genes. “‘gen z are so sensitive’ i’m a fat gay person just existing look at my comments (emoji) snowflakes!” she captioned the video.
In the text caption of her video, she mentioned that she is simply trying to stay positive on social media but finds it unavoidable to encounter people who insult her character and looks.
“Trying to just kind of exist positively online and trying my best to stay in my lane,” Miel stated. “old people calling me what a waste of genes, constantly harassing me and insulting my appearance (i didnt do anything and if i say something they’ll call ME the sensitive one,” she added.
The video received various reactions and comments from netizens.
Meanwhile, Miel Pangilinan is the daughter of prominent Filipino personalities Sharon Cuneta, a renowned actress and singer often referred to as the “Megastar” in the Philippines, and Kiko Pangilinan, a politician and senator. She gained attention not just for being the child of famous parents but also for her own journey of self-discovery and advocacy within the LGBTQIA+ community. Miel bravely came out as queer in 2022 and later identified as pansexual.
