KIM CHIU – A fan, criticized on social media for being “touchy” with the Kapamilya star during her concert in Dubai, publicly explained his actions.
On June 9, Kim and actor Paolo Avelino visited Dubai for the Kalayaan 2024 event, where some lucky attendees could interact with the artists on stage. Prince Lee, one such attendee, was seen touching Kim’s hips during her performance.
Kim’s noticeable reaction made some fans believe this caused her to end the interaction quickly. Prince clarified that he did not intend to act inappropriately and had asked Kim for permission before making the gesture.
He expressed regret, stating, “Once in a lifetime experience and met Kim Chui, but naging ndi masyadong maganda. Sorry kung ndi maganda ang naging aksyon ko sa stage masyado akong kinabahan and ndi aware na mali pala nagawa ko onstage.” He added, “Nag ask din ako permission to dance her kaya ako nag bow at inask ung kamay nya. But sorry kung nahawakan ko Skin nya sa bewang.” Prince also thanked Kim’s fans for not being overly critical of him.
