Mura Becomes Emotional Seeking Help After House Fire
Mura – The former actor and comedian became emotional when he asked for help after his house was burned down.
Mura could not hold back his tears as he apologized to the vlogger Virgelyncares for the hurtful things he had said before. When Virgelyncares heard about the incident, she immediately went to the site to provide help and support to Mura. During their conversation, Mura shared the story of how the fire started and consumed their belongings.
Mura was deeply saddened by the loss of his house and possessions, all of which were destroyed by the fire. Everything he had built up from his acting career was burned to ashes. Included in the loss was his YouTube play button. He also mentioned that he could no longer vlog as much because his foot was in pain and he could not move around well.
Virgelyncares gave him initial assistance of 10,000 pesos to buy roofing materials.
Meanwhile, Mura, whose real name is Allan Padua, is an actor and comedian known for his diminutive stature due to dwarfism, a trait he believes he inherited through a folk belief associated with his mother’s pregnancy. Growing up with 13 siblings, Allan faced considerable ridicule during his childhood due to his size, which shaped much of his early experiences.
Mura began his career in entertainment after moving to Manila in 2002, initially working as a backup dancer before being discovered by a talent manager who saw his potential for larger roles. His major break came in 2003 when he was paired with Mahal, another actor with dwarfism, in various shows, notably becoming a popular duo in “Magandang Tanghali Bayan.” They were known for their comedic timing and unique presence on screen. Mura also pursued a career in singing alongside his acting.
However, Mura’s active career was disrupted in 2010 due to a vehicular accident that severely impacted his mobility, affecting his hips and legs and consequently diminishing his role opportunities.
