Eric Quizon Friends with Zsa Zsa Padilla before her Relationship with Dolphy
ERIC QUIZON – The actor-director revealed his real relationship with Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla, the ex-partner of his late father, Comedy King Dolphy.
One of the most popular actors in the Philippine showbiz industry is Dolphy. He is the country’s Comedy King and he spent more than half of his lifetime in doing acting projects. He is undeniably one of the wealthiest actors based on earnings from doing projects in showbiz.
Dolphy was only 19 years old when he became part of the movie with Fernando Poe Sr., the father of Fernando Poe Jr. who became his friend later on. Amid his more than 60 years in showbiz, among his most popular projects are the John en Marsha and the Home Along Da Riles.
The late Comedy King has at least 17 biological children on records among six (6) different women. One of his former partners is Divine Diva Zsa Zsa Padilla who was his partner until his death in 2012 at the age of 83 years old.
Zsa Zsa Padilla and Dolphy were blessed with a daughter they nicknamed Zia. Despite them having different mothers, Eric Quizon, one of the sons of the late Comedy King, confirmed that he and his siblings are in good terms.
In a vlog interview with Aster Amoyo for “TicTalk”, Eric revealed that it was one of Dolphy’s last requests prior to his death and this children will not fight. He admitted that there are instances of misunderstanding but they always remember what their father want.
With regards to his relationship with Zsa Zsa Padilla, Eric Quizon also stressed during the vlog interview that they are good and they are really friends even before she and Dolphy became a couple. According to the actor-director, she met the Divine Diva when he was modeling and she and the Comedy King have yet to work together back then.
According to Eric, he was no longer shocked when Dolphy and Zsa Zsa became a couple as he knows his dad and she is really beautiful, very talented, and kind. He also compared her and stressed the similarities of her looks with the exes of his father.
The actor-director also narrated that he has worked with Zsa Zsa before and during the reluctancy round, he directly asked her if she’s having an affair with his father. She also straightforwardly answered him after a while that she’s having an affair with Dolphy.
