Content Creator Goes Viral Online for Reply to Commenter
A content creator recently went viral online after his response to a comment sparked various reactions from netizens.
Recently, Ashier Hernandez, a Facebook user, shared a screenshot of his reply to a commenter. The post quickly spread like wildfire on social media and elicited various reactions from the internet users.
In the screenshot, a netizen commented, “Sana ol po, grabe talaga si Lord magbigay no? Sobra-sobra! Sana ako din sa susunod.” The commenter expressed a wish to receive the same blessings Hernandez had, pointing out his success to divine intervention.
Hernandez responded, “Ay di po galing kay Lord yan, galing po yan sa hard work ko hehehe.” This prompted the commenter to reply, “Lahat yan nagawa mo dahil binigay yan sa’yo ni Lord.”
Ashier then elaborated on his stance, saying, he is not against any religious practices and beliefs. He asked the netizens to stop recrediting someone’s hard work and achievements to God.
The content creator believe that even if you work 24/7 and pray all the time, if you don’t set goals and put in the hard work, God’s will alone won’t accomplish anything.
The latter illustrated his point referring a from Vice Ganda Showtime giveaway, where a recipient thanked God for money given to them by the TV host. Meme Vice humorously corrected them, saying, “Ay, bakit si Lord eh sakin po yan galing?”
The YouTuber clarified that it is not the exact dialogue, but it conveys the same message. He ended his response by addressing his supporters directly: “Hoping na nagets nyo yung point ko. Love you guys, specially sa mga supporters ko Im also crediting you guys sa lahat lahat ng achievements na meron ako.”
Some agreed with Hernandez’s perspective, appreciating his acknowledgment of hard work and personal effort. They felt that it was important to recognize individual contributions to success rather than attributing it solely to divine intervention.
Others, however, found Hernandez’s comments controversial, arguing that faith and hard work can coexist. They believed that recognizing a higher power’s role in their lives doesn’t diminish the effort put into achieving their goals.
