Why did KMJS not feature ‘It’s Showtime’s’ transfer to GMA Network?
KMJS – It seems that Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho, did not acknowledge the transfer of ‘It’s Showtime’ to GMA Network.
In the latest episode of KMJS on April 7, 2024, netizens quickly noticed that the said program did not feature the transfer of the noontime show to the Kapuso Network. According to some netizens, it’s impossible for the KMJS team not to notice the historic collaboration between GMA and ABS-CBN, leading them to wonder if it’s still related to the issue between Vice Ganda and Jessica Soho.
It is remembered that there was a heated argument between Vice and Soho that started after the comedian joked about the award-winning journalist during his concert in 2013.
During their transfer to GTV in 2023, Vice also seemed to hint at his desire to appear on KMJS.
It was reported that the two met at the GMA Network Gala last year but allegedly did not acknowledge each other.
Meanwhile, KMJS or “Kapuso Mo, Jessica Soho,” is a television news magazine show broadcast by GMA Network. The program features investigative reports, human interest stories, and features on Philippine culture and traditions. Hosted by Jessica Soho, an award-winning broadcast journalist, KMJS has been airing since November 2004 and has become one of the longest-running and most popular TV programs in the Philippines.
