Crispy-Baked Wings
- 4 lb / 2kg chicken wings, wingettes & drumettes
- 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt / cooking salt
- 5 teaspoons baking powder

- 4 tbsp (60g) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 125 ml Frank’s Original Red Hot Sauce
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt / cooking salt
Blue Cheese Dip
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 – 3 tbsp milk
- 1 clove small garlic
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt / cooking salt
- Black pepper
The other part of the buffalo wings recipe is the cooking process. It may take around one hour and a half to cook this sumptuous dish. Here are the steps for the cooking process:
Step 1 — It is best to dry the wings overnyt. Lay them on a rack on a rimmed baking tray and put them in the fridge uncovered to dry. You may also use paper towels and pat them to dry.
Step 2 — Preheat the oven to 250°F/120°C. Place one of the oven shelf in the lower quarter and the other in the top quarter.
