Step 1
Go to the official website of the Philippine Statistic Authority or the PSAHelpline. Click “Order Now”.
Step 2
Tap/Click Birth Certificate. Read the Terms and Conditions as well as the Privacy Policy. If you agree with them, tick the box.
Below it, tick the box if you are granting the Philippine Statistics Authority the consent to process your personal information in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
After ticking the boxes, tap/click “Continue” to proceed.
Step 3
If you are making a request to get a PSA copy of your own Birth Certificate, click/tap “My Own Birth Certificate”. If you are requesting for someone else, click/tap “For Someone Else”. After it, click/tap “Continue”.
Step 4
Be readu of the following personal details:
- complete name, gender, birthday, valid government-issued ID
- your name as it appears on your Birth Certificate
- father’s name
- mother’s name
- birthplace
- purpose of request
- delivery address and contact information
Tap/Click “Continue” to entering the abovementioned documents in applying for a PSA Birth Certificate online.
Step 5
Review all the information you have provided in your request for a PSA Birth Certificate. Make sure all the details are correct.
