  • has not been dishonorably discharged from military service or fired for cause from any civilian government office
  • must be one meter and sixty-two centimeters (1.62 m) tall, while females must be one meter and fifty-seven centimeters (1.57 m)
  • must have not been convicted of an offense or crime involving moral turpitude by final judgment
  • must weigh not more than five kilograms (5 kg) more or less than the normal weight corresponding to his/her weight, age, and gender
