Jasmine Curtis-Smith on working with Rayver Cruz
JASMINE CURTIS-SMITH – The actress opened up about working with actor Rayver Cruz in the upcoming Kapuso series titled “Asawa ng Asawa Ko”.
On Tuesday, the actress said in an interview with GMA News Online during the media conference for the upcoming series that she’s grateful for having Rayver as a co-star as she feels comfortable working with him.
According to her, Rayver is a really great support system to have and she knows she can lean on him as a co-actor and as a friend. She added that she really loves to work with him again.
Jasmine even described Rayver as the bubbly and happy-going type of person and it’s nice to feel that one has such a companion and that one has such support from one’s leading man.
“It’s been really fun na makasama si Rayver as a castmate, as a leading man. Lalo na kapag may mga mabibigat na eksena and pagkatapos ng mga eksenang ‘yon, napakadaling mag-bounceback,” the actress said.
She went on to admit that there were challenges she had to overcome for the project. According to her, she doesn’t know how to become a wife.
The actress also said that learning how to become and to portray a wife and a mother is among the biggest challenges she had to overcome. For her, she has to bend a lot of experiences in her own life.

Jasmine is set to star in the upcoming Kapuso primetime series where she will give life to the role of “Cristy”, the wife of Rayver Cruz’s character. Other cast members include Liezel Lopez, Martin del Rosario, Gina Alajar, Joem Bascon, and Luis Hontiveros, among others.
The upcoming series will start airing on January 15, Mondays–Thursdays at 9:35 pm on GMA Primetime.
