Dominic Roque on his wedding with Bea Alonzo
DOMINIC ROQUE – The actor recently revealed that he and his fiancée, actress Bea Alonzo, will get married outside the Philippines.
The actor also shared that his wedding with his fiancée will happen “late this year” and it will be a destination wedding which will be held abroad. He further relayed that he and Bea are still yet to complete the list of their principal sponsors for their wedding.
According to a report on ABS-CBN News, Dominic and Bea’s target is for them to be able to send “Save the Date” invitations this month to those who are invited to their wedding.
The actor shared in an interview with ABS-CBN News that his fiancée is leading the preparations for their upcoming wedding. According to him, women are more hands-on than men.
“I think naman sa lahat, mas hands on ang mga babae kasi nagtanong na rin ako sa mga kaibigan ko na mga lalaki. Kasi minsan ‘diba para naaasar ‘yung mga babae kapag walang pakialam yung mga lalaki, pero actually hindi naman sa ganun,” the actor said. “‘Yung mga kaibigan kong kinasal, mas ganun din sila eh. Mas hands-on ‘yung mga babae. (Kami), basta may alak, okay na.”
He also highlighted that he still does share his input for their wedding.

Meanwhile, Dominic admitted that he was saddened by the separation of former couple Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla, who he used to work with and became close friends with.
The actor also confirmed that actress Kathryn Bernardo is one of the celebrity guests who are invited to their wedding. According to a report on ABS-CBN News, the actor confirmed in 2020 that there was a rift in his friendship with Daniel.
Celebrity couple Dominic Roque and Bea Alonzo got engaged in July after being in a relationship since 2021.
It can be recalled that Bea Alonzo was asked about her preferences for her wedding with her fiancé in an interview on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” aired last October 2023. At that time, the actress said that she prefers to have an intimate wedding over a huge one.
She explained that her fiancé wants his close friends to be present for their wedding and she has “very few” friends, adding that her partner is more nervous than her about their wedding.
