Nadine Lustre on KathNiel Breakup: “Ang tagal din ng 11 years”
NADINE LUSTRE – The award-winning actress gave a reaction about the breakup of actress Kathryn Bernardo and actor Daniel Padilla.
The actress expressed little opinion about the breakup of KathNiel, but she appeared to lament the end of Kathryn and Daniel’s 11-year relationship.
Nadine was asked about her thoughts on Kathryn and Daniel’s breakup in an interview on One Balita last December 1, 2023. In response, the actress said that she can’t really say so much about it because she’s not super close to the former couple.
She also said that she doesn’t think she can comment on anything, “pero ang tagal din ng 11 years”.
“I can’t really say so much about it because I’m not super close to them. I don’t think I can comment on anything. Pero ang tagal din ng 11 years,” the actress said in an interview.
Aside from this, Nadine also shared her thoughts about being in a love team in a local show business even though she’s not part of a love team anymore.

It can be recalled that the actress used to be paired with actor James Reid and they were known as “JaDine” before.
When she was asked for her thoughts about stars being forced to be in a love team, the actress said, “I am grateful hindi umabot sa ganun” but she understood the love team system in local show business.
She also believes that fans are more understanding now when it comes to celebrities who are in a love team.
Nadine, who is in a relationship with French-Filipino entrepreneur Christophe Bariou, said she’s very lucky because there are fans who also understand even when she’s dating someone again.
