DINGDONG DANTES – The Kapuso Primetime King talked about filming the upcoming film “Rewind” with his wife, Kapuso Primetime Queen Marian Rivera.
The reel-to-real life couple is set to star in the upcoming movie titled “Rewind”, which will hit the cinemas on December 25, 2023 as part of the official entries for this year’s Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF).
“Rewind” marks the comeback of the DongYan tandem on the big screen since “You to Me Are Everything”, which was released in 2010.
Dingdong and Marian made their debut on Kapamilya noontime show “It’s Showtime” as they appeared on Saturday’s episode of the show where they talked about their upcoming movie.
At one point, Jhong Hilario asked Dingdong what he’s most grateful for in 2023. The actor said that he’s grateful for this year because he was given a chance to work with his wife on a project.
“Nung binigyan kami ng chance to work together, parang ‘di siya trabaho. Para kaming nag-de-date araw-araw kaya pinagpapasalamat ko talaga ‘yun,” the Kapuso Primetime King said.
Meanwhile, Vice Ganda asked Marian Rivera if there were any differences in how she and her husband treat each other at work versus at home.
The Kapuso Primetime Queen said that what they are at home is the same as what they are at work, adding that they always look forward to being together because she spent more time with their children than with her husband.
Dingdong and Marian also agreed that the intimate scenes were the hardest scenes to film instead of the heavy and dramatic ones.
