David Licauco on his Christmas wish for Barbie Forteza
DAVID LICAUCO – The “Pambansang Ginoo” recently shared what his Christmas wish is for his on-screen partner Barbie Forteza.
Known as “BarDa”, Barbie and David starred in Kapuso series “Maria Clara at Ibarra” and “Maging Sino Ka Man”. The Kapuso stars are currently busy with various brand endorsements.
David and Barbie were interviewed by GMANetwork.com during the shooting their live cooking demo for their endorsed brand Maggi. At one point, the two were asked about their Christmas wish for each other.
In response, David said that his Christmas wish is for Barbie to be genuinely happy. Barbie then smiled at his Christmas wish for her and said that she liked that wish.
The actress, for her part, said that her Christmas wish is for him to also be genuinely happy and to maximize his time. She then told him that she can see he’s very busy but she hopes he’ll give his time to his family and loved ones next Christmas.
“Deserve natin ‘yun ‘di ba? Kaya dapat sulitin natin ito,” Barbie said.
Barbie Forteza and David Licauco are starting to prepare for their “challenging roles” in the upcoming Kapuso series titled “Pulang Araw” – one of the highly anticipated Kapuso series in 2024. The actress will play the role of a Bodabil star named Adelina, while David will play the role of a Japanese soldier named Hiroshi Tanaka.
Other cast members for the upcoming series include Sanya Lopez, Epy Quizon, Angelu De Leon, Alden Richards, Rochelle Pangilinan, and Aidan Veneracion, among others.
