It was in December 5, 1965 when The Rural Bank of Pagsanjan, Inc. – the 300th rural bank of the Philippines – has opened.
Prior to the bank’s 50th year, the bank revealed its new brand name as “Banco Laguna Inc (A Rural Bank Since 1965)” alongside with its new corporate logo in order to signify the unwavering pursuit of quality rural banking and genuine service towards financial inclusion.
But in December 2021, the bank has rebranded to SeaBank Philippines, Inc. (A Rural Bank) alongside its new corporate logo that reflects the branding of the new majority shareholders, Sea Limited.

SeaBank Philippines has its main office in Pagsanjan, Laguna, with a 2nd office in NCR serving as a satellite location. The bank also has branches in Quezon Province and in Laguna, but those branches are currently unable to provide support for the SeaBank mobile banking app.
