Here’s how to transfer your funds from your SeaBank account to your e-wallet or other bank account
SEABANK ACCOUNT – This article will teach you the steps on how to transfer your funds from your account to your e-wallet or other bank account.
You can transfer your funds from your account either through InstaPay (for real-time transfers of up to PHP 50,000 per transaction) or through PESONet (for a maximum amount of PHP 1,000,000).
PESONet is an interbank funds transfer service under the National Payment Rail System of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP), while InstaPay is governed by the Philippine Payment Management, Inc. under the oversight of the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP).
The difference between InstaPay and PESONet is that InstaPay allows customers to transfer funds almost instantly between accounts of participating non-bank e-money issuers and BSP-supervised banks in the Philippines, while transactions using PESONet are processed in batches and are not in real-time.
Here’s how to transfer your funds from your account to your e-wallet or other bank account:
The first step you need to do is to log in to your mobile banking app, select “Pay/Transfer”, and choose either “Other Bank” or “E-Wallet” icon. From there, you need to select the name of “E-Wallet” or “Other Bank”.
Next, you need to enter the recipient’s mobile number or account number, enter the recipient’s full name, and input the amount to be transferred from your account. You also need to authenticate and confirm the Transaction after that.
Keep in mind that SeaBank doesn’t charge any fees for online fund transfers — including outbound transfers.
You can chat with SeaBank live on the app in case you’re encountering issues for fund transfers. SeaBank’s operating hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm every Monday to Friday and 9:00 am to 6:00 pm every weekends, excluding public holidays.
