Here’s how to track your pending GFunds orders and investments
GFUNDS – This article will teach you the process on how to track your pending orders and investments using the GCash app.
A GFunds is GCash’s investment marketplace feature that is available on the app. It allows you to buy, manage, and sell investment products from trusted partner providers.
The fintech company processes the selling and buying of investment funds following the order processing time on the app. But how can you track your orders and investments?
You need to follow the steps in order for you to learn how to track your pending orders.
The first thing you need to do is to tap “Pending Buy Orders or Pending Sell Orders” on your GFunds dashboard and choose “View All”. After that, you need to select the details of your chosen order.
Your order summary containing the order date, amount, units, NAVPU, and order status will then be displayed.
- Your Order is being Processed. This order status means your order has been placed and is still being processed
- Your Order is Complete. This order status means your order has been successfully completed and should be reflected in your dashboard.
- Your Order is Cancelled. This order status means your order has been successfully cancelled.
Keep in mind that GCash processes the selling and buying of investment funds within a standard number of days. You need to check if your sell or buy order is within its allocation date by visiting order processing time if your investment in GFunds has not shown up yet.
But if your fund still doesn’t reflect on your wallet one business day after the standard processing time, you need to submit a ticket.
