Eric Fructuoso: “Hindi ko inexpect yun ah…”
ERIC FRUCTUOSO – Here’s what the actor said when he was asked about his past relationship with actress-host Toni Gonzaga.
The actor, together with former “Gwapings” members Mark Anthony Fernandez and Jao Mapa, appeared on the latest episode of “Sarap ‘Diba”.
The three were asked to choose between “Kwento” (answering a question from the hosts) or “Kahon” (doing the dare that is written in the paper inside the box).
During the “Kwento o Kahon” segment, actress-host Carmina Villarroel asked Eric to choose between “Kwento” about his past love life and what’s inside the “Kahon”.
At one point, the actor chose “Kwento” and he was asked if he have had a relationship prior with Toni Gonzaga. Although he admitted that he didn’t expect that question at first, he answered “oo, meron”.
The former “Gwapings” member then revealed that their relationship lasted roughly almost 3 years – including the bit where he and Toni were not so serious about it up until there was “commitment”.
Eric also said that his relationship with Toni happened after his relationship with Claudine Barretto had already ended. But when asked about the reason why they broke up, he answered, “nagising sila sa katotohanan”.
Meanwhile, Eric took to social media to share that he gave his favorite car to his son Tres – his son from a previous marriage. At that time, the actor said giving his favorite car to his son is the proudest moment in his life as a father.
