ALEX GONZAGA – The actress and content creator admitted that she’s pressured to get pregnant.
In a conversation with her sister on “Toni Talks”, she shared that she realized and asked herself about the reason why she’s in a rush to be pregnant. The content creator also said that she felt pressured by the people.
“Naiyak ako kasi parang naisip ko ‘Oo nga no, ba’t ba ako in a rush?’ Bakit hinihingi ko kay Lord is ‘Lord, sana bukas, pregnant na ako. Sana talagang matuloy na ‘tong pregnancy ko’ kasi na-prepressure ako ng tao,” Alex Gonzaga said.

ALEX GONZAGA – The actress and content creator recently revealed that she suffered from a second miscarriage last October.
She said this when she had a conversation with her sister Toni Gonzaga, as seen in the latest episode of “Toni Talks” uploaded on Toni’s YouTube channel.
In an interview, Alex revealed that she suffered from a second miscarriage when she and her husband Mikee Morada tried to get her pregnant through in-vitro fertilization (IVF).
The content creator also revealed that she got the idea of undergoing IVF from Michelle Obama, the wife for former US President Barack Obama.
“Nakita ko si Michelle Obama, basta nakita ko sinabi niya na nagkaroon siya ng miscarriage then after two years, ‘di sila makapag conceive ni Barack [Obama], so sabi niya mag-IVF siya,” the actress said.
She kept her second pregnancy private, but she received the bad news in October that the IVF didn’t come through. According to her, her faith in the Lord remained “stronger than [her] pain” despite what she had been going through emotionally.
Alex then told Toni that she and her husband decided to try IVF because she was under so much pressure to have a child, so she tried to pass on that pressure to God as she said she didn’t want to “waste [her] time” in conceiving a child.
The content creator shared that when the IVF procedure failed, she said sorry to her husband, who was very supportive of her all throughout.
Alex and Mikee got engaged in January 2020, tied the knot in November 2021, and went to Amanpulo, Palawan, for their honeymoon. It was last October 2021 when Alex Gonzaga confirmed her first miscarriage.
