Ruffa Gutierrez Reveals She’s Working On Freelance Basis

RUFFA GUTIERREZ – The actress recently revealed that she’s currently working on a freelance basis.

On the sidelines of the press conference for “Can’t Buy Me Love”, Ruffa Gutierrez said in an interview with reporters that she’s a freelancer and that the reason why she’s thankful that she was given the opportunity to be part of the series.

RUFFA GUTIERREZ – The “Can’t Buy Me Love” actress said that she is on good terms with ABS-CBN.

The actress is one of the cast members of the upcoming teleserye “Can’t Buy Me Love”. Other cast members include Donny Pangilinan, Belle Mariano, Maris Racal, Albie Casiño, Agot Isidro, Rowell Santiago, Nova Villa, Celeste Legazpi, Karina Bautista, Vivoree, Darren, and many more.

Ruffa said in an interview with reporters on the sidelines of the press conference for the teleserye that there’s no issue between her and ABS-CBN because she has a “good relationship” with the Kapamilya network.

The actress also said that it was only her bashers who added malice to her working relationship with the media company. She added that she’s currently a freelancer and that’s the reason why she’s thankful that she was given the opportunity to be part of the teleserye.

Alam mo, wala namang intriga eh. I have a good relationship with ABS-CBN. Ang mga iba lang talaga nang-iintriga,” she said. “I’m also a freelancer kaya maraming, maraming salamat na nabigyan ako ng opportunity to be a part of [Can’t Buy Me Love].

Ruffa went on to thank ABS-CBN executives for “being really good to the Gutierrez family.” The actress noted that she and her brother Richard Gutierrez continue to receive more projects.

She also said that the Kapamilya network continues to “survive” after its shutdown in May 2020, saying that everyone is “still together” and is “doing very, very well”.

Ruffa Gutierrez was part of ALLTV’s talk show “M.O.M.S — Mhies on a Mission” with Ciara Sotto and Mariel Rodriguez. The show is currently on pause because of the technical issues.

Also, the former beauty queen was included in the controversial movies “Maid in Malacañang” and “Martyr or Murderer”.
