To avoid wasting your time in going through the registration process again and again, ensure that you have a good internet connection during the registration. You can use a mobile phone or a computer in registering to the platform.
Register
For new registrations, click the red button “Register Now”. Read the Terms and Conditions and check the box if you agree with the terms. To proceed, provide the CAPTCHA.
If you are already a driver’s license holder, input your Driver’s License details. If none, click “No” and fill in the form with the needed information register to the LTMS Portal. Make sure to give a working email address.
Verify your LTMS Portal Account
Proceed to the verification of your account to the Land Transportation Office’s LTMS Portal by accessing the verification email sent to the email address you provided. Come up with an eight-character password.
