Below are some of the parental controls that a parent can set on their teen’s account:
- Daily screen time. A parent should decide how long your teen can spend on the platform each day.
- Screen time dashboard. A parent should get a summary of your teen’s time spent on the platform
- Mute push notifications. A parent should decide when to mute your teen’s push notifications on the platform.

- Suggest account to others. A parent should decide whether your teen’s TikTok account can be recommended to other users.
Keep in mind that the parental controls mentioned above are only available on the TikTok mobile app and not on mobile and desktop browsers. But how can you manage or view the Family Pairing controls?
