This program is the latest addition to TikTok’s range of monetization tools that support content creators of all levels in being rewarded. It is designed to help content creators foster their creativity, generate higher revenue potential, and also unlock more exciting, real-world opportunities.
According to TikTok, the company developed the program based on learnings and feedback from its creators on its creator solutions – including the TikTok Creator Fund.
Eligibility
In order for you to be eligible to join and to collect rewards in the program, you must have a US-based TikTok account, must be at least 18 years old, must have at least 100,000 video views in the last 30 days, and must have at least 10,000 followers.
How to join this program?
If you’re already enrolled in the Creator Fund and you’re eligible to join the Creativity Program Beta, you need to open the TikTok app, tap “Profile”, tap the Menu button (the three-line icon), and choose “Settings”.
After that, you need to select “Creator Tools”, choose “Creator Fund”, and tap “Switch” at the bottom of the page. Keep in mind that you can’t switch back to the Creator Fund if you join the Creativity Program Beta.
If you’re not currently in the original Creator Fund, the first thing to do is to open the TikTok app, tap “Profile”, tap the Menu button (the three-line icon), choose “Settings”, select “Creator tools”, and tap “Creativity Program”.
After that, you will be notified whether your application is successful within 3 days after you have applied for the program.
