Here’s how to validate the transactions of your GSave savings account
GSAVE SAVINGS – The article will teach you the step-by-step process on how to validate the transactions of your savings account.
A GSave is one of the features available in the GCash app. It’s a digital savings account where users can secure their funds while earning interest.
With this, users may open a savings account with any of GCash’s GSave Marketplace bank partners: CIMB, Maybank, BPI, and UNO Digital Bank. GCash and its bank partners are regulated by the BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas).
Aside from this, GCash’s bank partners are members of the PDIC (Philippine Deposit Insurance Corporation) and each depositor is insured up to PHP 500,000.
Here’s how to validate the transactions of your savings account:
- If you want to validate your transaction of your GSave account using GCash Transaction History, you need to login your GCash account, tap “Activity” in order to open your GCash transaction history, and select “Details” of your chosen GSave transaction. The next step to do is to validate your GSave transactions and tap “OK”.
- If you want to validate your transaction of your GSave account using SMS, An SMS confirmation will be sent to you within 10 minutes of your transaction to your mobile number registered with GSave with the amount, transaction date, transaction time, and reference number of your transaction.
- If you want to validate your transaction of your GSave by CIMB account using the GSave by CIMB Transaction History, you need to login your GCash account, tap “GSave” on your dashboard, choose “GSave by CIMB”, and tap “Transaction History” in order to see the record of your withdrawals, deposits, and interest earned. From there, you can see your GSave transactions reflected in real-time.
- If you want to validate your transaction of your GSave by CIMB account using the transaction receipt sent through your email by CIMB, CIMB will send you a transaction receipt within 10 minutes of your transaction through your email address with the following details: transaction type, reference number, date of transaction, category, sender, receiving account number, and amount of the transaction.
