Vina Morales: “I still believe in marriage”

VINA MORALES – The actress-singer recently shared her thoughts about marriage.

The celebrity mom appeared on Thursday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where she shared her thoughts about marriage.

Vina became a mom when she and her ex-partner Cedric Lee welcomed their daughter Ceana back in 2009.

In an interview with Boy Abunda, the actress-singer said that getting married is what she has been praying for and it’s in her prayer and in her “bucket list”. However, the celebrity mom said that she’s just taking it easy for now.

Vina added that she still believes in marriage because “that’s God’s blessing”. She also believes someone is still out there for her.

In God’s time, in God’s perfect time, I always believe na, you know, there’s someone out there for me. The right one — ayoko nang ipilit,” she said. “I still believe in marriage. Kasi ano yun eh, for me, that’s God’s blessing.

In the same interview, Vina said that her daughter Ceana is good at singing like her and she might just be interested to join the showbiz industry.

The actress-singer added that as a mother, she wants Ceana to finish her studies first before pursuing a career in showbiz. She herself missed out on going to school because she has been singing since she was 8 years old, so she wants her daughter to experience it.

It can be recalled that she posted a series of photos on her social media last November 2022 where she gave a glimpse of her vacation in Boracay with a mystery man. At that time, she said that she and one Andrew Kovalcin celebrated Thanksgiving over dinner on the island.

Also, Vina previously opened up about her new beau in an interview on “Magandang Buhay”, as seen in a video uploaded on ABS-CBN Entertainment’s YouTube channel last November 2022. She shared that she first met him in Hawaii 21 years ago and that they reunited during her concert tour in the United States in 2022.
