Jak Roberto: “Kaya siguro nagkataon na naging professor ako ng ‘anti-silos’ class“
JAK ROBERTO – The actor recently opened up about being an unbothered boyfriend of actress Barbie Forteza.
The actor appeared on Monday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where he shared that he has never felt jealous or insecure in the 6 years that he and his girlfriend have been together.
Jak said in an interview with Boy Abunda that he’s not jealous of the love team between David Licauco and Barbie Forteza. According to him, he’s fully supportive of the “BarDa” love team as it’s part of their job as actors to perform sweet gestures for the viewers.
However, the “professor” of “anti-silos” said that he’s sad when things escalated into “shipping wars”. He said he understands that as an actor, he’s a public figure and he understands the feelings of fans towards their idols.
Jak also said that he’s not jealous of the “BarDa” love team and his girlfriend is not the jealous type and it just so happened that they’re both actors, adding that people wouldn’t understand if they would end up with non-showbiz partners.
Although Jak stressed the importance of “trust” in order to make their relationship work, the actor said he and his girlfriend give each other the leeway to do as they please as actors. But when asked if he ever became jealous of those who approach his girlfriend with romantic intentions, he said, “Hindi talaga eh. Kaya siguro nagkataon na naging professor ako ng ‘anti-silos’ class.”
Aside from this, Jak revealed that he and Barbie discussed marriage at some point in their relationship. However, the actor clarified that he and his girlfriend still have their own priorities at this time.
Formerly known as “Pambansang Abs”, the actor is currently known as “professor” of “anti-silos” because of his knack for being the understanding boyfriend to Barbie. He posted a video on his Instagram account where he responded to his celebrity “students” seeking relationship advice on circumstances that would often lead to jealousy.
It was in May 2023 when Jak and Barbie celebrated their 6th anniversary.
