Here’s a step-by-step process on how to create a podcast on the platform.
First, you need to open YouTube Studio, click the “Create” button and select “New Podcast”. You may be asked to verify your account first before you create a new podcast.
Next, you need to choose “Create a new podcast” from the pop-up and enter your podcast details such as podcast title, podcast description, visibility, and square podcast thumbnail. Click “Create” once done.
After that, you can add new episodes by uploading new or existing videos to your own podcast.
If you want to upload a new video to your podcast, you need to open YouTube Studio, go to “Content”, click “Podcasts”, and select your podcast. Next, you need to click “Add videos” and select “Upload videos”.
From there, you need to upload the videos you would like to add to your podcast and enter video details. The last step is to click “Create” to save changes.
If you want to add existing videos to your podcast, you need to open YouTube Studio, go to “Content”, select “Podcasts”, and click your podcast. From there, you need to click “Add videos”, choose “Add your existing videos”, and select videos you want to add to your podcast.
After that, you need to click “Add to playlist” and select your podcast from the list of playlist. The last step is to click “Save” to add videos to your podcast.
