David Licauco: “I feel as you grow older, you just… you also want to inspire people”
DAVID LICAUCO – The Kapuso actor and entrepreneur recently shared the reason why he wants to inspire more people.
The actor-entrepreneur juggles his showbiz career with his entrepreneurial ventures. Not only that he’s one of the stars in the upcoming series “Maging Sino Ka Man”, he also owns two restaurant businesses and a construction company.
As he would like to inspire more people, the actor talked about the projects he dreams of fulfilling during the ribbon-cutting event of the new branch of Bluewater Day Spa in Pasig.
In a report on PUSH on Wednesday, the Kapuso actor said he’s a “go-getter” when it comes to show business and he still has a lot of roles that he wants to portray. The actor-entrepreneur went on to share a realization about his work.
David shared that he feels like he hasn’t used his platform enough to inspire people – and that’s what he wants to do.
“I feel like kasi sa simula, gusto mo ‘yung mga ganu’ng bagay eh. Gusto mo ng fame, gusto mo ng money, gusto mo ng mas maraming projects for the career,” he said. “But I feel as you grow older, you just… you also want to inspire people.”
The actor-entrepreneur also said he puts his hard-earned money into his businesses. He currently has two restaurant businesses Kuya Korea and Sobra Café and he also has a construction company.
In an interview with the members of the press, the actor said that he and his architect partner have a construction company and he feels like that’s what he wants to get into because he realized he can do it alone when his restaurants were being constructed at that time.
David added that he’s just taking all the opportunity that he can get and accepting it.
It can be recalled that the actor said in an interview at the launch of his endorsement as one of the new ambassadors of BlueWater Day Spa at Marco Polo Hotel in Ortigas City last February 17, 2023 that he sees himself getting married in 5 years.
