Supreme Court announced that 14 local testing centers will be used for the 2023 Bar exam.
2023 BAR EXAM – The Supreme Court announced the list of local testing centers that will be used for the 2023 Bar examination.
The Supreme Court released an infographic on Wednesday, July 12, 2023 along with the announcement that the 2023 Bar exam will be held in 14 local testing centers in the Philippines.
According to the Supreme Court, San Beda College will serve as the national headquarters for the 2023 Bar examination.
The 2023 Bar exam will be held in the following testing centers:
- Metro Manila
- San Beda University
- University of Santo Tomas
- San Beda College
- University of the Philippines (UP) – Diliman
- Manila Adventist College
- University of the Philippines (UP) – Bonifacio Global City
- Luzon
- Saint Louis University
- Cagayan State University
- University of Nueva Caeceres
- Visayas
- University of San Jose – Recoletos
- University of San Carlos
- Dr. V. Orestes Romualdez Educational Foundation
- Mindanao
- Ateneo de Davao University
- Xavier University

Also, the SC said that qualified applicants may choose their preferred venue, subject to the availability of slots, from July 24-25, 2023.
“Thus, they shall not be barred from selecting the law school where they graduated as their LTC, or an LTC that is located farthest from their present address,” the Supreme Court said.

The SC also said that each applicant will be assigned an RQN (random queuing number), which will determine the time slot during which an applicant may select his/her preferred testing center.
Applicants with RQNs numbered 1 to 2,805 may select their local testing centers on July 24 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, while those with RQNs numbered 2,806 to 5,610 may select their local testing centers from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. on the same day.
RQNs numbered 5,611 to 8,415 may select their local testing centers on July 25 from 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon, while RQNs numbered 8,416 and above may choose their local testing centers from 1:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
According to Supreme Court, applicants for the 2023 Bar exam may select their local testing centers through the BARISTA (Bar Applicant Registration Information System and Tech Assistance) at barista.judiciary.gov.ph.
