Sef Cadayona spoke about his career in the showbiz industry
SEF CADAYONA – The “Love Before Sunrise” actor recently revealed that he initially wanted to quit showbiz and look into a different side of life.
The actor is one of the stars in the upcoming Kapuso series “Love Before Sunrise”. Other stars include Vaness Del Moral, Dennis Trillo, Bea Alonzo, Sid Lucero, Nadia Montenegro, Vince Maristela, Andrea Torres, and Cheska Fausto.
Sef appeared on Tuesday’s episode of “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where he spoke about his career in the showbiz industry. Vaness also appeared in the same show.
In an interview with Boy Abunda, Sef said that he thought it was “my time to graduate” and look into a different side of life.
The actor said that he initially wanted to quit showbiz because he didn’t see his talent shining again. He also shared that his initial decision was not about getting roles or chances.
“Going back months before, ayoko na mag-showbiz. Parang hindi ko nakikitang nag-sha-shine ulit ang talent ko,” he said. “Iniisip ko, ‘OK pa ba ako? OK pa ba ako dito? Nagagampanan ko pa ba ang role ko?“

According to him, he met with several GMA executives who helped him decide as he went through months of contemplation about his life path.
When he was asked to confirm if he was staying in the showbiz industry, the actor could only smile and nod yes to the King of Talk.
Aside from this, Sef Cadayona and Vaness Del Moral opened up about their most memorable “Starstruck” experience and also talked about their relationship with their non-showbiz partners.
