Isko Moreno: “I let them grow naturally to learn the curves of being a parent.”
ISKO MORENO – The “Eat Bulaga” host said that he lets his son Joaquin Domagoso and Raffa Castro grow as parents.
It was last year when the former Manila mayor revealed that his son Joaquin is now a dad. Joaquin’s son Scott recently celebrated his 1st birthday.
Isko guested on the latest episode of “Updated with Nelson Canlas” podcast where he spoke about his experience as a first-time grandfather of baby Scott.
In an interview with Nelson Canlas, Isko said that having a baby is a blessing and a responsibility for both Joaquin and Raffa.
The “Eat Bulaga” host was asked if he gives them tips on parenting. According to him, he lets them grow naturally in order for them to learn the curves of being a parent to their child.
“I let them grow, both of them. I let them grow naturally to learn the curves of being a parent. But ‘yung mga lagi ko lang iniiwanan is maging responsable,” Isko said.

Isko also said that there’s no universal rule about being a parent, but there’s a “universal obligation” as a parent. He added that he told them to fulfill their obligations as a parent to their baby.
According to a report on GMA News Online, Isko Moreno hosts the “G sa Gedli” segment on the revamped “Eat Bulaga” and also signed a long-term contract with TAPE Inc. – the producer of the revamped noontime show on GMA Network.
Isko previously guested on “Fast Talk with Boy Abunda” where he opened up about his son having a child at a young age. At that time, he said that his wife advised their son and his girlfriend not to get married yet.
