DOUG KRAMER – The former basketball player recently took to social media to mark his 40th birthday.
The former PBA player is celebrating his 40th birthday on Monday, July 10, 2023. He posted a photo of himself on his social media account along with a short message to mark his special day.
Doug said in the caption of his post that with more age comes more confidence, more experience, and a better, broader perspective. He added that he’s grateful to Lord Jesus Christ for another year in his life.
Doug also posted a photo with his wife and their children in a separate post on Instagram and captioned, “The only gifts I need.”

Meanwhile, Chesca posted a photo of her husband along with a lovely poem and a sweet message for him to mark his special day.
The former actress started the caption of her social media post by greeting her husband on his birthday and also telling him that she made a poem as a tribute to him and all the little things he does in their 15 years of marriage.
A portion of the 5-stanza poem reads:
Oh, the little things you do each day,
They melt my heart in every way.
I could go on and on, it’s true,
About the little things from you.
In your gestures, love shines through,
Forever grateful, my love, to you.
She ended her social media post by expressing her love for her husband and also thanking the Lord for giving her such a loving husband and blessing their children with such an amazing father.
Her husband responded in the comments section of her social media post, saying, “Thank you sweetheart.”
According to a report on GMA News Online, the Team Kramer just returned from a month-long trip to Europe where Doug carried his entire family and also gave a new meaning to the phrase “a father’s strength“.
