Joyce Pring: “Casa Triviño 4.0 aka ‘Casa de Eliam’”
JOYCE PRING – The content creator and podcast host recently introduced their new house, the Casa Triviño 4.0.
She posted series of photos where she showed what’s inside and outside the house (also known as “Casa de Eliam”). Aside from that, she posted a photo with her husband Juancho Triviño and their son Eliam as well.
Joyce also revealed why they decided to buy and renovate the property, as seen in the caption of her post.
According to the content creator, it was a few months ago when she and her husband decided to start praying about buying another property investment.
The podcast host also said that after searching and searching for a property investment, God provided the “perfect property” for them in the “most providential series of circumstances”.
“This house basically found US. By ‘happenstance’, but in reality, we know it was the Lord answering every prayer we had, and giving us better than what we asked for!” Joyce said.

Joyce also shared that they recently finished renovating the house.
The content creator went on to explain why they call it “Casa de Eliam”. According to her, it’s because the “Casa Triviño 4.0” will be dedicated to blessing their firstborn.
Prior to Joyce’s announcement about “Casa de Eliam”, her husband already told the public that they finally put up the house for rent. The actor also said that they will send him a private message to inquire.
“Finally we put up the house that Joyce and I invested in for rent!” Juancho said, referring to the last photo in his social media post.
