Jane de Leon: “Kapag masaya ka mama, masaya na rin ako”
JANE DE LEON – The actress expressed her happiness as her mom Marie de Leon got engaged to her longtime partner, Cesar.
It was last June 10, 2023 when Jane released a new vlog on her YouTube channel where she gave an update about her career and also shared about her recent travel with her family.
The actress posted a series of photos on her social media account on Monday as she shared the news with her fans about the surprise marriage proposal that took place during their family’s trip to Tokyo, Japan last May 2023.
In the caption of her social media post, Jane said that it’s their first time to plan something special.
“Kapag masaya ka mama, masaya na rin ako,” she said. “Grabe yung effort and pagtatago namin para lang maging successful yung proposal hahaha because it was our first time to plan something special. Akala namin hindi na mangyayari pero it happened.”
Jane also said that she’s happy for her mom and her mom’s longtime partner. She went on to tell her Tito Cesar that he will take care of her mom as she’s “priceless and irreplaceable”.
Jane’s mom, for her part, also shared a series of photos of the surprise marriage proposal on her social media account.

In the caption of her social media post, Marie said that her longtime partner Cesar popped the question to her and she said “YES” to spending every moment with him for a lifetime.
“LOVE is not just a word, it’s an action,” she said. “He proposed and I said YES to spending every moment, for a lifetime with him.”
According to a report on PUSH, Jane’s mom Marie was previously married to Jane’s dad Ruel, who died from lung cancer back in 2016.
