The actor told the King of Talk in an interview that he has a story which involves director Andoy Ranay.

He shared that they were about to film and then he fumbled and mumbled his lines. According to him, Direk Andoy threw the script at his face and told him to memorize his lines first.

I think this was 2 a.m.; everyone was prepared and it was a long scene,” he said. “Magte-take na kami and I mumbled my lines and nag-fumble ako. Binato [niya] ako ng script sa mukha; sabi niya, ‘I-memorize mo muna ‘yan!’, then he walked out.

In the same interview, he was hypothetically asked by the King of Talk if he’s ready to die. He said that he’s already pondering the same question in a fellowship but it’s all “God’s will”.

But if I do die tonight while I sleep, I think I’m ready,” he said. “I think I’m ready. I’m not afraid to die.
