How to Apply for Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan
Step 1 – Prepare the Requirements. There are documents that you must submit to the government agency in applying for the loan offer. Kindly prepare the following:
General Requirements:
- Pag-IBIG Multi-Purpose Loan Application Form
- valid ID
- proof of income (refer below)
If you are employed, prepare the following:
- “The ‘Certificate of Net Pay’ portion at the back of the application form must be accomplished by the employer or submit photocopy of one (1) month latest payslip duly authenticated by the company’s authorized signatory”.
If you are self-employed, prepare any of the following:
- original copy of Notarized Affidavit of Income
- original copy of Bank Statements or passbook for the last 12 months
- original copy of Certificate of Engagement issued by the owner of business
- photocopy of Income Tax Return (ITR), Audited Financial Statements, and Official Receipt of tax payment from bank supported with DTI Registrant and Mayor’s Permit/Business Permit
- Certified True Copy of Transport Franchise issued by appropriate government agency (original)
- original copy of Commission Vouchers reflecting the issuer’s name and contact details
If you are an overseas Filipino worker (OFW), prepare any of the following:
- Certificate of Employment and Compensation (CEC)
- Employment Contract
- Income Tax Return (ITR) with Host Country or Government
Step 2 – Submit your documents. Visit a branch of Pag-IBIG Fund nearest to you and submit your documents for evaluation.
