Pia Wurtzbach: “This condo was my very first solo home and it really meant a lot to me.”
PIA WURTZBACH – The Miss Universe 2015 titleholder decided to sell her condominium unit as she’s set to move to her new home.
The beauty queen posted a series of photos on her social media account along with the announcement that her 145.88-square meter condominium unit is now up for sale.
In the caption of her social media post, she shared that the condo was her “very first solo home” and it meant a lot to her. She added that the condo has given her a space to be herself, to express herself, to get to know herself better, and to rest and distress for three years.
She went on to invite her friends and fans to check out her condo unit, as seen in the photos she posted on Instagram.
“Whether you’re single or a small family serious about looking for a space and purchasing a condo, I invite you to swipe left and check this out,” she said in the caption of her post. “Maybe this condo is for you.”

Pia also said that her condominium unit is “interior designed and fully furnished” and has a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and walk-in closet, 2 toilets with bath, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, living and dining areas, and a balcony.
The beauty queen added that she’s selling her parking lot along with her condo unit.
According to a report on ABS-CBN News, Pia is set to move to her new home surrounded by large glass windows and doors. The beauty queen first made the announcement on her social media account in 2022.
Pia is set to tie the knot with her fiancé, travel entrepreneur Jeremy Jauncey.
